Strategic Organisational Development

This program is focused on increasing the effectiveness of the organisation.
It involves five core components:

1. Consultation with senior leader/s of the client organisation – (1 full day)
2. Diagnostic assessment of the organisation’s staff and key volunteers functionality (1 full day)
3. Recommendations of actions to promote greater organisational effectiveness (written report)
4. Follow up consultation to clarify report (1 hour – phone or face to face)
5. Design of development program

The implementation of the development program is offered at four levels from
Level 1: Client implements ID designed program
Level 2: Client implements ID designed program, under direction of mentor
Level 3: Client partners with mentor to implements ID program
Level 4: ID program fully implemented by mentor

Costs are matched to four levels of implementation.

Levels two to four are fully produced programs of development material tailored to fit each individual
staff and key volunteer is produced for the client organisation.
