Intentional Development (ID) Key Consultant and Director – Richard Green
Richard has broad life experience, a strong educational and leadership background including degrees in music, education, pastoral psychology, theology and philosophy up to MA levels, and is currently working on double doctorates including a PhD in Organisational Development from Macquarie University Graduate School of Management, one of Australia’s top graduate schools.
Richard is known for his ability to build effective leadership and management team cultures. He is unique in his ability to combine highly analytical processes with down to earth practical application – he is spiritually perceptive, wonderfully disarming and very warm. Richard is very skilled at guiding organisations through change and increasing individual and organisational effectiveness.
